Ryanne is a lawyer qualified to practise in Hong Kong and England and Wales. Before joining Lee & Yik Lawyers, she worked at a global law firm and specialised in the area of intellectual property (IP). During her practice, she has advised corporate clients on a diversified range of matters relating to copyright, trade marks, passing-off, software contracts, as well as commercial licensing and assignment of IP rights.
Ryanne is also a co-founder of ForeverGift.hk, a platform that focuses on promoting a legacy giving culture in Asia. Ryanne believes that by offering donors easy access to professional will drafting services, anyone can leave a legacy and create a lasting impact on causes closest to their hearts.
Before co-founding ForeverGift.hk, Ryanne was on the founding team that created Asia’s first and fastest growing LegalTech business at Dragon Law, later known as Zegal.
