Sebastian was qualified in 2020 and joined Lee & Yik Lawyers in the same year.
Sebastian has expertise at all levels of criminal defence work and solid experiences in dealing with a wide range of authorities on behalf of his clients, including the Hong Kong Police Force, Commercial Crime Bureau, the Department of Justice, the Immigration Department, the Independent Commission Against Corruption, the Securities and Future Commission and the Estate Agents Authority.
Prior to joining Lee & Yik Lawyers, Sebastian had worked at Legal Aid Department for more than 10 years. His exposure to public legal services equips him with an in-depth understanding of the regulatory perspective, as well as a sensitivity to the means and resources of his clients.
Sebastian maintains a close working relationship with a network of counsel with various expertise, which helps him make the best recommendation for his clients when such needs arise.
